To keep our home clean and safe for all guests, please review our strict house policies before booking:
🪪 Age & Verification: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid ID for verification.
✍️ Rental Agreement: The primary guest must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and must be present for the entire stay.
💰 Security Deposit: A $500 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released after your uneventful stay.
🚫 Prohibited: Absolutely no parties, no pets, no smoking of any kind, and no glitter allowed on the property.
🤫 Strict quiet hours from 10p to 9a.

Welcome to our own little slice of paradise in our hometown of Fort Worth. We are David and Jenny and are Texans through and through along with our 2 daughters, dogs and crazy cat.
